Welcome to JaaanZO. By accessing or using the JaaanZO website, app, or services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Role

JaaanZO is a digital platform that connects users with counsellors, advisors, experts, and related service providers. JaaanZO acts as a facilitator platform and is not directly responsible for the personal behaviour, individual advice, statements, opinions, or conduct of any counsellor, expert, or user.

2. User Conduct

Every user must behave respectfully while using the platform. You must not:

• Use abusive, rude, threatening, offensive, or unlawful language
• Harass counsellors, experts, support staff, or other users
• Misuse appointments, chats, calls, or platform features
• Provide false information or impersonate another person

If a user is found behaving inappropriately, JaaanZO reserves the right to suspend or block the account without prior notice.

3. Counsellor / Expert Conduct

Counsellors, advisors, and experts using JaaanZO are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct with users at all times.

Counsellors or experts must not:

• Behave rudely, abusively, or inappropriately with users
• Invite or persuade users to continue services outside the JaaanZO platform without authorization
• Misuse private user information obtained through the platform
• Use the platform for unethical, misleading, or harmful purposes

Any such activity may result in suspension, removal, or permanent termination of the counsellor or expert account.

4. Limitation of Liability

JaaanZO is not liable for any personal dispute, behavioural issue, misunderstanding, advice outcome, or off-platform arrangement between users and counsellors or experts. Users and professionals are responsible for their own communication, decisions, and conduct.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

JaaanZO reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found violating platform rules, misusing services, behaving in an offensive or unethical manner, or harming the safety, trust, or integrity of the platform.

6. Use of Platform

The platform must be used only for lawful and genuine purposes related to JaaanZO services. Any misuse, spam, fraud, unauthorized promotion, or attempt to harm platform operations may lead to legal and administrative action.

7. Changes to Terms

JaaanZO may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates means you accept the revised terms.
