JaaanZO is a professional counseling and guidance platform where users book and pay for sessions in advance.
This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Session-Based Payments
All session fees are collected at the time of booking to confirm the appointment between the user and the counselor.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If the session is cancelled by the counselor.
- If the session is not conducted due to technical/platform issues.
- If the session fails to occur for reasons not attributable to the user.
No refund will be provided once a session has been successfully conducted or completed.
3. User Cancellation
If a user cancels a confirmed session voluntarily, refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation timing and applicable platform guidelines.
4. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed strictly to the
original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
JaaanZO does not issue refunds in cash or to alternative bank accounts or payment methods.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, subject to the payment gateway and banking partner timelines.
JaaanZO reserves the right to review, update, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
